07/01/2008 VDP continues support of Great Lakes Beach and Pier Safety campaign through the return Beach Movie NIghts in Grand Haven, MI. Presented by Great Lakes Beach & Pier Safety Task Force & the Lake Michigan Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, 2 great movies movies return to the beach this summer; July 26 - watch "Surf's Up" and on August 30 - watch "Water Horse: Legend of the Deep." 05/01/2008 VDP helps "Save the Waves" across the globe. Thanks to XS Energy Drink, and the Save The Waves Coalition a new documentary series entitled Eco-Warriors starring pro surfer and environmental activist James Pribram will acknowledge the efforts of those who worked to save endangered coastlines in such as the Canary Islands, New Zealand and Chile, Spain and Japan while encouraging others to take a stand in their own backyard. This project features the cintematography of award-winning filmmaker Vince Deur.
